Digital River: CyberSolutions led the product management function at ChannelWave/ Commerce5 leading up to the company's acquision by Digital River and beyond. Product management responsibilities included the creation of processes to increase the quality and usability of new releases. This role evolved into the management of the client services and online marketing teams with responsiblity for maintaining and growing the client base and its online sales. Clients that were represented include HP, Gateway, Fujitsu, Lexmark, Logitech and ATI.

CyberSolutions has also managed clients, increased online sales and grown the ecommerce business for other companies including Meridian, Emaimai Hong Kong, and Cinebase Software.


Gunnar Optiks: Established an entirely new brand as well as a new category in optical: Digital Performance Eyewear during the company's first year of existence. Accomplishments included defining and establishing the Gunnar brand, developing web and print content, product design and manufacturing, POS displays, packaging, and product naming.

Emaimai: Instrumental in launching one the first online auction site, Emaimai, was started to address the need for ecommerce in the Hong Kong and China markets. Initiatives included brand and logo creation, website design and creation, and above the line advertising in the Hong Kong market.

Apple: Involvement in a broad range of product launches including Panther OS, iSight, iChat, Final Cut Pro and others.



Apple: Shipped 2M+ copies of Apple's very first retail Internet product, the Apple Internet Con- nection Kit in 1996. This product was truly at the forefront of the Internet, having shipped over 2M copies. Also worked on other leading-edge Apple products such as AppleSearch, Data Access Language, iSight and iChat.

Microsoft: Consulting for the Windows Digital Media team, CyberSolutions was involved in the launches of Microsoft Producer, Digital Rights Manager, and Digital Broadcast Manager.

Qualcomm: Product manager for Eudora WorldMail product responsible for requirements definition through product launch.

Cisco: Project managed and launched an IP Telephony project for Cisco and the La Plata, MD School District.


ChannelWave/Commerce5: Initially brought on-board to fill the need for a Director of Product Management, the role evolved into VP, Product Management and a subsequent full-time VP, Client Services.

Emaimai: As an original founding member, filled the need for a Director of Product Management which resulted in a long-term, full-time position as VP Marketing.

Broadstream: Filled the role of VP, Marketing for this early, rich media analytics company.

A2i: Served as VP, Business Development for this catalog software provider which was soon thereafter acquired by SAP.
